Our Mission
The main goal of "Bionics for the world" project, is the research and development of Bionic systems in order to ensure that amputees in the world have access to very high quality prostheses, with a very high technological content and at affordable prices.
Social Impact
According WHO there are 40 million amputees worldwide. There are more than 1 million annual limb amputations globally. 630,000 new amputations per year in Latin America alone. Amputations are rising fast due to diabetes, vascular diseases, cancer, accidents, congenital defects and others. Even though it is rising, only 5% of the world’s population has access to the technology.
Our Team
"We are working for the future of humanity, convinced that the development of bionic systems will help us develop as a species, overcome deficiencies, and improve our current capabilities. We dream to see a full fusion of technology with the human body."
